Is this a finished retail product?
No. First Batch 01 is a small-batch preorder with a clear build window and refund policy before build lock.
Does it require a cloud account?
No. The keyboard itself is wired and locally remappable. Any future helper software should preserve local control as the default.
Does it work with QMK/VIA?
The first hardware path is designed around QMK/VIA readiness. Exact firmware artifacts will be published with the production build.
How do I pay?
Checkout offers secure card payment via Stripe or stablecoins (USDT, USDC). PocketPunk marks an order paid only after the payment provider confirms it.
When does it ship?
First Batch preorders ship in a 1-2 week build window after the preorder closes. If the batch is delayed, PocketPunk emails revised timing before build lock.
Where does it ship, and who pays duties?
PocketPunk ships to 24 launch countries listed at checkout — including the US, Canada, the UK, selected European countries, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Australia. Shipping is included; import duties and taxes are collected on delivery by the carrier.
How do I check my order later?
Order access is accountless. Enter your email on the order lookup page and PocketPunk sends a short-lived manage link — no password, no account.
Is the mic officially partnered with DJI?
No partnership is implied unless an official partnership is announced. Mic Lane is a capture slot in the founder suit.
What happens if the batch is delayed?
PocketPunk will email the revised timing and available cancellation path before build lock where required.
